Watson Wyatt Worldwide – a “global consulting firm focused on human capital and financial management.”
Their Communication ROI Study found that the way in which a company shares information with its employees has a direct correlation to performance. They define effective communication as educating employees about the company’s business, culture and values; providing employees with information about financial objectives and about their rewards programs; and helping new employees become oriented, and existing employees to align their actions with customer needs.
