has been working with non-profits, businesses, and local government in a range of capacities for over two decades. A "process expert," Elizabeth offers her breadth of experience, listening skills, and knowledge to individuals and organizations interested in moving to the next level. One of her main focuses is “growing organizations to a new level of authenticity” regarding their mission, vision, and culture. She does this by empowering individuals to use the very natural experience of conflict to transform separation into connection. When an organization is authentic and all individuals are connected, creating sustainability and profit becomes easy and fun. As a community facilitator, Elizabeth works with the city planning department in Albuquerque and on educational initiatives throughout New Mexico. An abiding fan of any and all consensus building processes, Elizabeth serves in the capacity as recorder, master recorder, and discussion leader for New Mexico First Town Halls. Her skills include writing and editing, including: ghost writing non-fiction books, speeches, articles, manuals, promotional materials, and grants. She is a member of the Center for Non-Violent Communication, and a Board Member and Secretary of the New Mexico Mediation Association. Professionally trained as an artist, Elizabeth brings a creative approach to everything she does.
